THE ARTIST BEHIND YOUR BROWS

A decade of brows. A world of experience.

Julie is the artist behind Duluth Microblading Studio in Duluth—a PhiBrows Royal Artist, international trainer and educator, and Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing.

With more than a decade of full-time experience in Microblading, Nano Brows, and Powder Brows, she has completed thousands of procedures. Brows are her specialty, and every client works directly with her.

A graduate of PhiBrows Academy, Julie is the first and only artist in Minnesota to have earned the PhiBrows Master title. She also held the distinction of being the only PhiBrows Master in the entire Midwest. Her current PhiBrows Royal Artist designation reflects the artistry at the heart of her work.

International education. Personal artistry.

Julie has traveled across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Japan to develop her techniques, train new and advanced artists, and work alongside PhiBrows Masters.

Her training and education journey includes Beverly Hills, New York, Scottsdale, Chicago, Boca Raton, and Las Vegas; Toronto, Calgary, and Edmonton; London; Amsterdam; Cologne and Rhineland; Innsbruck; Venice, Rome, Tivoli, Milan, and Florence; Lucerne; Paris; and Tokyo.

Julie continues to mentor her previous students around the world as they advance in their careers. Teaching, ongoing mentorship, and continuing her own education deepen the attention she brings to each client’s brow shape, individual hair pattern, and preferred finish.

Artistry informed by nursing and safety education.

Alongside her nursing education, Julie holds a master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene and is a Licensed Body Art Technician. Her background brings a strong focus on preparation, cleanliness, skin, and aftercare to her work.

Your appointment is personal.

Julie takes time to discuss your goals, use digital measurements to guide brow placement, and draw a shape for your approval before treatment. Your appointment takes place in a private room with an adjustable reclining treatment chair.

Appointments are limited to four or fewer clients per day, with no more than two new clients. Initial treatment packages include aftercare products and a complimentary 6–8 week touch-up, scheduled in the studio within eight weeks.
